BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to remove conditions from Ordinance No. 9151 on: A tract of land located at 7621 East Brainerd Road, being on the northeast line of East Brainerd Road southeast of Meadow Lark Lane. An unplatted tract, being the properties described in deed book 1673, page 103, ROHC, and deed book 1673, page 104, ROHC. Tax Map No. 159I-A-17. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this petition be approved removing current conditions and substituting the following: 0C 1. Subject to Chattanooga Landscape Standards on file in the office of the Chattanooga Regional Planning Commission, except that only 17' of right-of-way at the westernmost ingress/egress roadway shall be required; 2. Dedication of 10' of right-of-way as required by City Engineer; and 3. Ingress and egress only from two points shown on plans with no direct ingress and egress from out parcels to East Brainerd Road. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
